• Condenser Coil Cleaning along with an outdoor system cleaning, the removal of debris with in the unit 
• visual inspection of ductwork (duct leakage, or biological growth)

• Accessories attached to equipment such as, uv lights, air purifiers, humidifier, dehumidifier, surge protector, water sensors, etc… 
• Delta t (temperature difference between return and supply) 
• A detailed explanation with system reporting and picture verification of work done.
